We gained 8,000 new app installs, with 60% of these users choosing the premium membership, which offers tech pick-up and selling services. Our marketing strategy involved using Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit to engage our target audience. The ads showcased behind-the-scenes footage from our office, our tech warehouse, and our street team picking up and dropping off tech. Each aspect was carefully presented to emphasize the distinctive features and benefits of our app. By also including high-intent transactional keywords and appealing ad copy in our Google Ads, we ensured that the app was prominently displayed in search results. We continually monitored and optimized ad performance and conducted A/B testing.
