About The Project

We enhanced the sports fan experience by providing push notifications and in-app updates about NHL, NFL, and MLB teams, including player stats and real-time game insights. Our main goal was to increase app installations and daily active users, engaging with avid sports fans who would regularly use the app. Our campaign was based on the idea of giving fans more knowledge about their favorite teams or players than their friends. This strategy aimed to ignite friendly trash talk and rivalry among fans. This not only heightened the thrill of the game but also fostered a more engaging fan culture around the app with in-app messaging. We gauged the campaign's success by tracking app installation numbers, user engagement metrics, and user reviews. This data helped us polish our strategies and improve the app based on user preferences and expectations.
